PTT-dispatcher software

The Syco advanced dispatch center software allows users to talk to their team, locate and manage all talk groups at the touch of a button. This comprehensive dispatch center solution allows you to listen back to all calls or retrieve location history. The solution for your professional communication network.

Using the locally installed Windows-based dispatcher software, you can turn your computer or laptop into a two-way radio. You can send and receive messages, request GPS locations, create temporary groups based on location, etc.

The software is very easy to install and is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and Windows 10. You can install it yourself using the download link below, or you can ask one of our distributors for assistance. You will need a stable internet connection, a speaker, and a microphone. With our DTSM-001 table microphone, you can both speak and transmit using the PTT button.

Activation license for your dispatching

One license is sufficient to activate the dispatcher software; this is the same license as that for a portable walkie-talkie or smartphone. The software itself is completely free; there are no additional costs or licenses for more features.

BTSM-002

The Volume/On-Off button allows your mobile phone to function like a real walkie-talkie. The device includes an alarm button (or recording of phone calls as a hands-free speaker). Thanks to the built-in PTT-compatible SycoPTT/Zello/..., you don't need to unlock your mobile phone; it also works in standby mode. There is a 3.5 mm jack connection for earphones. Syco SCC-01 Shoulder carrying case for walkie-talkies

This universal chest carrier is compatible with all known walkie-talkie brands. The Syco SCC-01 keeps your walkie-talkie at chest height and is securely fastened. The speaker is positioned high up and close to your ear so that you can follow conversations even in noisy environments. The microphone is close enough to your mouth that you only need to press the PTT button on the device to start speaking. You do not need to use an external speaker microphone when using the Syco SCC-01.

This is very comfortable and stays securely in place so you won't lose it when bending over, walking, etc. (instead of a belt clip). You can still operate your radio, except for very small walkie-talkies where the PTT button is located very low down.

The MPOC-4810 4G LTE IP mobile radio that can be used on the SycoPTT network. This mobile radio can operate via 2G, 3G, 4G LTE.

This mobile LTE POC walkie-talkie includes a mounting bracket so that the IP radio can be easily installed in the vehicle. PPOC-4010
